BVI New Year Fizz

A special Conch-cotion to bring in the New Year, the recipe is as follows:

 

Conchcotion1 oz of Conch Superior rum bottle with every charter

1 oz ruby red grapefruit juice

Dash of grenadine

Champagne

Strawberry slice for garnish

Method

Place the rum, grapefruit juice, and grenadine in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Strain into a champagne flute then top off with Champagne.

Decorate with the rim with a slice of strawberry
