Did you know department:

Jost Van Dyke was named after a Dutch Pirate.

Plus a fellow called Dr John Lettsome was born on Jost Van Dyke in 1744, he later returned to England and was Founder of a London medical society call “The Royal Humane Society”

Another famous guy who has been to Jost Van Dyke lots of times is the name of this months Conch-Coction.

Best Bar – Drakes Point

Just across the street from Conch Charters base and up the hill is Drakes Point Restaurant at The Fort Burt Hotel. On the site of a 300 year old Fort it’s cannon used to protect Road Harbor, the powder storage is still there.

Drakes Point has a fantastic view, great breeze, cool drinks and awesome food. Just a short hop from the dock makes it a perfect choice for your first or last night with Conch Charters.

Best Boat name seen this month (if your name is Kerry!!)
