We would like to thank you for going the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly for our sojourn to the BVI.  Your commitment to customer service and "Can Do" attitude helped us transition smoothly through the adversities of engine failure and water pump replacement.  A special thank you to the young mechanic that took part of his day off to assist us.

Everyone in the office were upbeat, extremely pleasant and reassuring.  Your desire to assist us rather than direct us was appreciated.  The chart briefing was succinct, informative and well delivered. 

Miles .... An obvious unique ability to size up a crew with a soft uninvasive approach.  The boat briefing was thorough, fun and full of tales of life experiences on both sides. 

Although the necessity to make the boat substitution was unfortunate, we could not have had a better time.  We look forward to returning to the BVI soon for another visit.

 We did indeed have a fairy tale vacation, thanks in no small part to the great people at Conch.  Emma, Miles, you, Jules and Steve were wonderful.  Hope I didn't miss anyone.

From the big Sea Turtle who visited our mooring in Marina Cay to the swimming on the reef with the fish, cool breezes, gozillions of stars in the sky, the lobsters at C&F and the digging out of 2' of snow at 2am when we landed home, it was an adventure.

 First I want to thank all of you for a fantastic vacation experience.  Even before we arrived you provided excellent information and arrangements for us.

Miles was very entertaining while spending a great deal of time going over the details of our boat.  I can't say enough great things about him and the rest of the Conch Staff.

The week we spent visiting the islands was amazing.  Having my whole family on board will create lasting memories for all of us.

The entire experience was such a delight that I will and have already been, recommending you to all of my friends.  I hope to see you all again next year or sooner if I get lucky.

 We were completely pleased and impressed with our charter experience with you.  We will definitely recommend you and would not hesitate for a moment in chartering through you again in the future.  The boat was clean, comfortable, easy to sail and fully functional.  Our dinghy was also impressive because of the same reasons (sans sail of course).  We really had the time of our lives and I was so relieved and thankful to have a great boat and staff to work with.
